SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICIES

SHIPPING: We ship US Priority mail to all of the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Most addresses in the continental United States should receive their orders within 4 to 7 business days of placing the order.

PAYMENTS: PayPal is our secure payment processor for transactions on our website. Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Venmo are the available payment methods.

ORDER PROCESSING: We normally ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. We have all items not otherwise noted in stock.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We will be happy to work with you on any special orders you have in mind. Contact us with your request. Please bear in mind that our products are made by hand. Given enough time, we can usually satisfy your request.

EXHANGES AND RETURNS: We want you to be pleased with your purchases. We provide detailed product and size information on our site. We display good quality photos of our products.

We must receive the item within 30 days of your original purchase date. The bracelet for exchange or return must be in new and resalable condition, unworn and without marks or damage of any kind and with a copy of your invoice. If it was a gift and you do not have the invoice, you must include the name of the buyer. Return the item to the return address on your shipment or contact us for the correct address.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your return for the replacement value, as we will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. It is wise to use US Priority Mail with tracking. We will not issue a refund or exchange until we receive your return.
